After some time I have figured out the PayPal link. If you have a PayPal account login and send money to coachtubbs@comcast.net and pay the amount owed.
If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay via PayPal; message webmaster with name, email address, and amount owed. You will receive an invoice in your email to pay.
