Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday,

October 5 at Royal Scot Lanes

The agenda is as follows:

1:00PM MHSAA rules meeting conducted by Cole Malatinsky, Coordinator of Sports and Special Projects

2:00PM MHSIBCA Business Meeting

4:00PM Adjournment

2024 Committee Minutes

The business meeting will include the election of officers for the 24-25 season. Officers to be elected at this meeting are at a minimum: President (our current President, Robert Tubbs of Davison, is stepping down after six years. Thank you for all your service, Tubby!), 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Region 4, 5 and East Side at Large directors. All of these offices will be for two-year terms.
